Axle Club offers a unique car rental service that streamlines the expenses of owning a car into a single fee. Through our website, you can easily register and request your preferred vehicles. Pick your desired vehicle and delivery location, and one of our courteous Axle Club concierges will promptly deliver a freshly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas. Our ultimate aim is to provide you with the ideal car for every situation
The kilometre limits for our vehicle selections are subject to variation. It’s important to note that our kilometres limits offer a significantly higher degree of flexibility compared to standard leases. We prioritise customization, allowing you to tailor the kilometre limits to your specific needs.
To get started, simply click on the vehicle you want to rent. Follow the prompts to request your reservation, providing essential details such as your name, phone number, email address, a snapshot of your driver’s licence, and your credit/debit card. We will carefully verify the information provided, including conducting a review of your driving history. During this process, we may need to engage in a conversation with you. Typically, we aim to approve applications within one business day. Once approved, we will promptly reach out to you to initiate your membership and coordinate your first vehicle trip!

Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record is what we ask before stepping into one of our vehicles.

By investing a single payment of $50,000, you unlock the doors to a diverse fleet of extraordinary and rare vehicles. Our annual membership gives you full access to our diverse fleet of rare vehicles. You will get all the same access as our lifetime, but will be limited to the amount of rental days. Rental days included will never expire as long as you continue your membership.
In the event of an unforeseen issue, our approach is straightforward – we will promptly ask you to bring the vehicle back and give a new vehicle to you while the affected vehicle will be transported to our service facility. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for you, with minimal disruption.
Prioritise safety above all else. Ensure the well-being of everyone involved and move your vehicle to a secure location. Exchange necessary information with the other parties and promptly inform the police as required. Once the situation is stabilised, contact us and we will swiftly arrange for a replacement vehicle. Rest assured, we will take care of all necessary procedures related to the vehicle involved in the incident, allowing you to focus on the situation at hand.
Any tickets or violations incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. This includes covering all associated penalties, fees, towing expenses, and impound charges.
Any tolls incurred are the responsibility of the renter.
Every Axle Club vehicle is delivered to you with a full tank of gas. In the event that you bring a vehicle without a full tank, our concierge will ensure it is refuelled, and the corresponding charge will be added to your account. Rest assured, we only apply the market rate for gas, meaning there are no additional charges for you. Our aim is to provide a convenient and transparent experience throughout your journey.
During the sign-up process, a valid credit card is necessary. Your initial payment will be charged once we confirm the delivery of your first vehicle. Any extra charges related to gas or upgrades will be applied immediately upon the completion of the flip. We prioritise transparency and convenience in our payment system to ensure a seamless experience for you.
Certainly! Eligible drivers have the option to be registered as Additional Drivers and added to the member’s account. This allows for multiple individuals to be associated with the same membership, expanding the convenience and flexibility of our service.
A full refund cancellation can be made, 24 hours prior to your reservation. Anything within that time period, we can provide you with an Axle Club credit that can be used for a days rental.
All of Axle Club’s fleet is automatic transmission, so anyone can drive our vehicles.

Car Rental Duration:

Our rental vehicles are available for rental periods of up to 30 days. We comprehend that some customers might have a need for an extended rental duration. However, in adherence to our insurance protocols and to ensure the well-being of our rental vehicles, we must adhere to the 30-day limit. If you find yourself in need of a rental beyond this time frame, we kindly ask that you return the vehicle and proceed to our office for a contract renewal. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in upholding the quality and compliance of our service.

Contract Closure:

To maintain the validity of your insurance coverage, it’s imperative that the rental contract is initiated and concluded in person at the rental facility. This precaution is crucial in avoiding any potential gaps in your insurance policy.

Please bear in mind that specific credit card coverages might have a designated maximum duration of coverage. To ensure continuous and effective coverage, it’s mandatory for the rental contract to be finalized in person at the rental location.

We acknowledge that unforeseen situations might occasionally hinder customers from personally closing their rental agreements. Should such circumstances arise, we kindly request that you promptly get in touch with us to arrange an alternative contract closure method.

Yes, any international driver can rent from us as long as they show their passport and a valid driver’s licence.
